Will Seaway Troubles Sink U.S. Oil Price Even Further?

With reports that the Seaway pipeline -- which carries crude oil from Cushing, Oklahoma, to the Texas Coast -- will significantly reduce deliveries, CNBC's Sharon Epperson says oil traders will be keenly focused on the weekly petroleum inventory report from the Energy Department on Thursday morning. They want to see how much impact the initial restart of this expanded pipeline has had on supplies.
