NBC News projects the Democrats have retained control of the Senate and, in fact, added two seats, including Democrats Tim Kaine from Virginia and Mazie Hirono from Hawaii. CNBC's Eamon Javers reports. Contributor Jared Bernstein says with his re-election, the President and Congress should be able to find a way to work together.
