In Episode Four we meet Shutl founder Tom Allason, whose company promises to revolutionize the online shopping experience by offering customers faster and more convenient delivery options. He may already be one of the success stories of London's 'Silicon Roundabout', but Tom is still facing growing pains. He enters The Business class tasking James Caan and his industry experts to deliver solutions on how he can continue to build brand awareness with a limited marketing budget and to expand on a national and international scale.
