The Case for More QE in the UK

Jonathan Ashworth, UK economist at Morgan Stanley tells CNBC that the Bank of England could downgrade its forecast for 2012 to negative growth on Wednesday. Further central bank easing is unlikely until the November meeting, he says, when he expects a rate cut.
