Discussing the state of the economy, with Ed Lazear, former Council of Economic Advisors chairman, and Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House. "The big story is on the consumption side, which grew at a very low pace, that needs to get up to 5 percent to get any recovery at all, says Lazear.
