Markets Have to Accept Growth Will Be Low: Strategist

"Clearly there is a lot of uncertainty heading into these central bank meetings that is obviously the immediate focus, the growth data has been weak globally we have seen very weak Q2 GDP data out of the UK, weak out of the US and China also weak relative to recent history," Philip Poole, global head of Macro and Investment Strategy, told CNBC.
