West Still Grappling with Syrian Situation: Expert

"There have been a lot of recent reports saying Western intervention in Syria is more likely, I personally don't see that happening in the near future but if we are asking whether western intelligence services are already on the ground helping the Free Syrian army, perhaps we may be talking along those lines," David Hartwell, senior middle east analyst at HIS, told CNBC.
