US Taking China to WTO Will Work: Expert

Jagdish Bhagwati, University Professor at Columbia University, and former adviser to the Director General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001 says while he disapproves of President Obama going after China to drum up votes ahead of the November election, he believes Washington's decision to take Beijing to the WTO will work.
