"Policy response or anticipation of policy or promise of more policy, those sort of things have tended to drive the markets up, if you look at what drove the markets down it was data releases, it was reality and it is one of the reasons we have chosen to play the reality," Gina Sanchez, director of equity and asset allocation Strategy at Roubini Global Economics, told CNBC.
