"This night Moody's downgraded the rating of 15 major banks and that is a reflection that the crisis is still going on or maybe even raising. Infrastructural companies are a great deal of interest for those banks, so previously we did not have any problems with raising the money," Vladimir Yakunin, president of Russian Railways, told CNBC.
