"What the European Attractiveness Survey observed is that investors like what they see in Europe despite the problems, they don't like the slow growth, they don't like the high cost but what they do like is the predictable, stable and sophisticated business environment," Marc Lhermitte, partner at Ernst and Young, told CNBC.
