Spanish Bond Yields Rise Back Above 7%

"We need to have a pan European banking resolution. If you see what is happening in Spain it is very clear that whatever the solution is going to be it has to be pan European, something has to be done in a meaningful way that the markets will believe," Steve Wood, chief market strategist at Russell Investment Group, told CNBC.
