'Fiscal Union' Talk Gathers Pace

Jean-Francois Robin, global head of strategy from Natixis, told CNBC, "We have to remember that Merkel is calling for political union so the main disagreement is not about euro bonds but about the starting point, Germany wants to start with a fiscal compact to make sure everyone has their public finances in order."
