What's Behind China's Bank Reserve Cut?

"This move is intended to stabilize rather than spur growth. They have plenty of growth going on that moment, but because of the tightening of the property market there is a shortage of capital for on-going projects," Professor Richard Wong of the University of Hong Kong told CNBC's Squawk Box Europe.
