Nancy Curtin, chief investment officer at Close Brothers Asset Management, told CNBC, "timing is everything I said in January we were raising our risk appetite for cyclicals because we thought that things had fundamentally improved in the world, US looked a little bit better, LTRO yesterday and China looks like it is not going to go into a hard-landing this year."
