Is the UK Experiment Failing?

    Lord Nicholas Stern, IG Patel professor of Economics and Government at the London School of Economics, told CNBC, "I am sceptical about cutting your way to growth, a year and a half ago when the new government came in, in the UK they quite rightly pointed to the severity of the fiscal and debt problems. But at the same time you can't cut those in two years or one year."
