Peter Doukas, Fmr. Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance & Chairman at Capital Partners, told CNBC, "I think we are close to fruition but not there yet, there are three major issues we are trying to tackle in our country, the first is to make sure the whole world understands there is no return to the Drachma, the second is to understand that the Greek debt levels of 370 billion are not servicable and the third task is to make sure our economy becomes competitive."
