Chicago Fed President on Fed Bashing

Having an independent central bank is important, says Charles Evans, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago president, who adds that it is natural for there to be a lot of criticism for anyone in authority in a time like this. Evans says although he doesn't agree with FOMC leaders, he has confidence in Fed chair Bernanke.
