Vandana Hari, Asia News Director for Oil & Gas at Platts says oil prices could top $200 if the situation in the Middle East and Libya spreads to the major oil producing nations in the region. However, she tells CNBC's Karen Tso, on the flip side, prices could also come down if the unrest is contained.
