Countries should decide if they will use public money to reduce deficit or to create stabilization funds for future bailouts, Barbara Ridpath, CEO of ICFR told CNBC Friday. The G20 leaders will struggle deciding on regulations because of political tensions and differing economies, Ridpath said.
