UK Chancellor Darling said it will take many years for Britain to be reimbursed after the collapse of Icelandic bank Icesave. Dragana Ignjatovic from IHS Global Insight told CNBC Monday that the UK and the Netherlands "will definitely go back to the negotiating table…The biggest issue is the time frame."
