Banks Afraid of Government Regulation: Lenardos

Government talk of banking regulation is pushing financial institutes such as Citi, Lloyd's, and RBS to pay back loans. Peter Lenardos from Arden Partners told CNBC Monday, “the banks came to the government, the lender of last resort, and now with all these restrictions being talked they’re worried about their talent exodus they’re worried about the scrutinization of their books.”
