BBVA Employees Get Offered 5-Year Paid Break

Unlike most companies, Spain's BBVA introduced unorthodox measures to cut costs without making redundancies. The country's second-largest bank is offering a 5-year break to its employees, paying them 30% of their salary. Richard Nicolle from Denton Wilde Sapte discusses.
