Problem with Geithner's Plan - No Details

Bill Seidman, former chairman of the FDIC feels it really doesn't help for Tim Geithner to say "we're working on it". He tells CNBC's Amanda Drury that what really needs to happen is for toxic assets to be priced and insolvent banks to be taken over.
