Emerging Markets Still Strong

Emerging markets will decouple from the U.S. and is expected to account for 60% of the world's growth, believes Jonathan Garner, MD, head of global emerging markets of equity strategy with Morgan Stanley. He shares his outlook with CNBC's Martin Soong & Sri Jegarajah.
