Fed's Evans: Friedman would encourage more QE

In an exclusive interview with CNBC senior economic reporter Steve Liesman, Chicago Fed President Charles Evans says prize-winning economist Milton Friedman would have advocated for the Fed to expand its quantitative easing program, and argues that the current low level of inflation means further easing by the Fed is warranted.
