The Japanese government decided to use about 470 million dollars for the next 2 years to tackle the Fukushima nuclear power plant crisis. The plant is leaking massive amount of radioactive water every day, and the government has decided to step in to play a bigger role in the clean-up efforts, since it sees that Tokyo Electric Power can't handle the crisis alone. Sachiko Kishida reports.
