Pisani: Taxing Bank Accounts a Bad Precedent

CNBC's Bob Pisani discusses Cyprus, saying that taxing deposits sets a bad precedent, but the EU has built in all manner of support mechanisms to help out the banks. The problem, he says, is that it will strengthen the anti-austerity crowd. Second, he says it will make it more difficult to create a single European banking union.
