Washington will need to rise above partisanship in order to reach an agreement to avoid the fiscal cliff. Fitch Ratings is out with a note today saying the re-elected President Obama will need to secure an agreement to maintain the U.S. triple-A rating, with David Riley, Fitch Ratings.
