Electoral Signs Not Good for Romney; Kerrey Loses

Where the electoral vote count stands. The signs are not good for Mitt Romney, says CNBC's John Harwood. If President Obama carries Florida, the election is essentially over. Anthony Scaramucci of Skybridge Capital, weighs in from the Romney headquarters in Massachusetts. If Obama pivots and becomes a more pro-growth President, he says, we'll do a lot better. And Eamon Javers reports that in Nebraska, Republican Deb Fischer has defeated Democrat Bob Kerrey in the Nebraska Senate race.
