"I think the Fed will stimulate the economy by September mostly because the employment numbers between now and then will continue to look pretty iffy. I don't take a lot of comfort from these numbers as they still paint a very weak picture of the US economy," Nariman Behravesh, chief economist at IHS, told CNBC.
