"You have seen quite aggressive action on behalf of the United States from the Commodities Future Trading Commission and also by the Fed, I think you are going to continue to see that kid of engagement and I think there is going to be a strong push to try and settle this matter as quickly as possible," Michael Barr, Professor of University of Michigan Law School, told CNBC.
