Merkel to Face Bumpy Ride Over Spanish Bank Bailout

"It will be a difficult time going forward for Angela Merkel because it is still not really clear what is going on for the bailout for the Spanish banks, where the risk will be taken and there will be a lot of debate about it in Germany," Ferdinand Fichtner, head of economic policy at DIW (German Institute for Economic Research)
