Expect a Rate Cut in China at End of Quarter: Expert

"I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see one more rate cut, but perhaps by the end of the quarter towards the end of September if we saw a cut any earlier than that I think that would trigger alarm bells as although the economy seems to be slowing it is not yet collapsing," Ben Simpfedorfer, managing director at Silk Road Associates, told CNBC.
