"Investors are already kind of freaked you see that in the reality of the yield on the bond, it's the safety trade people are there not necessarily because they want to be but because they have to be in their mind, no one really wants to get no interest rates," Ken Kamen, president at Mercadien Asset Management, told CNBC.
