Karen Ward, senior global economist, HSBC, commented for CNBC on a new report showing that emerging economies are slowing, and that China's booming economic growth is diminishing: "China really understands that its days of export-driven growth are over, (..) and is therefore its shifting its focus towards the domestic consumer."
