"If you looked at the second quarter within the European Exchange Traded Funds space had it not been for fixed income ETFs we would have had net outflows from the entire ETF space, but within that there is a real story that you are seeing movements out of sovereign balance sheets to corporates," Dan Draper, global head of ETFs, Credit Suisse, told CNBC.
