"The main problem is Europe and there are signs that our exporters are increasingly diversifying into the faster growing area but Europe is still the UK's biggest trading market and although we have had a good quarter I think the outlook looks very worrying," David Kern, chief economist at the British Chamber of Commerce, told CNBC.
