Aspects of the Bailout Clearly Haven't Worked: New Democracy MP

"We need to have an honest discussion with our creditors about aspects of the memorandum that have clearly not worked. We need to say that Greece needs to stick to the structural reforms but take a look at the fiscal consolidation side," Kyriakos Mitsotakis, member of the Greek party New Democracy, told CNBC.
