David Hartwell, senior Middle East and North Africa analyst at IHS, told CNBC, "The only figures we have had so far are from the Muslim Brotherhood themselves, there is a certain amount of skepticism that must be passed over, but clearly there seems to be an emerging consensus that Morsi will be one of the candidates in the runoff."
