In a Squawk on the Street discussion of a New York Times article asserting that Wal-Mart executives in the U.S. moved to silence an investigation into bribes paid to Mexican officials, Jim Cramer says the Sarbanes-Oxley law makes it clear current CEO Michael Duke should call in the board's audit committee and give it the responsibility of running the company while outside investigators look into the situation.
