Jeremy Peacock, senior broker at Vin-X, told CNBC, "you have to go back if you look at the 1982, the 1990, 2005 and the 2000 vintage as well, all great vintages, of them added up together never got 19, so it's just exceptional, it makes it the greatest vintage in modern history."
