A gentleman says the banks' job is to amass capital and allocate it to productive users, but they haven't done that. He then goes on to educate attendees about the history of the banking and financial system, which he says is incapable of self regulation. And Ben says he's deeply concerned about resource depletion--that our growth-based economy is based on infinite oil and water supplies.
