"Very strict rules for each country based on stability is absolutely necessary because we have a common currency," Iveta Radicova, Prime Minister of Slovakia told CNBC, adding that her country's parliament could vote on the EFSF as early as mid-October. Radicova told Geoff Cutmore a Greek default was "very probable", but the common currency would survive the current turmoil.
