Japan to Re-Direct Resources

“Apart from the tragic loss of life, Japan has clearly lost an enormous amount of productive capital here,” Sean Corrigan, Chief Investment Strategist at Diapason Commodities Management, told CNBC. Corrigan also added that Japan will have to redirect its resources to make up for the losses, rather than produce goods and services to sell at a profit.
