Citigroup's Impact on Asia

Citigroup may need to divest some of its holdings in Asia, which is going to have a short-term negative impact on the financial institutions in the region, says Neil Katkov, senior VP of Asia research at Celent. He talks to CNBC's Oriel Morrison.
